Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Sawtooth Trailer Rentals LLC

Sawtooth Trailer Rentals LLC follows a relaxed cancellation and refund policy while ensuring fairness to both renters and equipment leasers. All booking fees are considered service fees to secure equipment through private leasers and are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Sawtooth Trailer Rentals LLC.
  • Refunds apply only to the rental cost of the item, not the booking service fee.

2. Refund Schedule

  • 14+ Business Days Notice: Full refund of the item rental amount.
  • 7–14 Days Notice: 50% refund of the item rental amount.
  • 0–7 Days Notice: No refund will be issued.

3. Deposit Forfeiture

  • All deposits are non-refundable if the booking is canceled or unfulfilled after 48 hours from the time of booking.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Booking service fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for late returns, early pickups, unused time, or dissatisfaction due to conditions previously disclosed in the agreement.

5. Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Reschedule requests are subject to availability and must be made no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled rental start date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
