Welcome to Sawtooth Rentals LLC! Before you proceed with using any property, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Agreement

1.1 Sawtooth Rentals LLC is a booking agency for private leasers of equipment.  You agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Fees obtained in this booking are booking service fees only.

1.2 The agreement is formed between the leaser and the person booking on behalf of Sawtooth Trailer Rentals LLC upon confirmation of the booking.

2. Insurance

2.1 The person booking must provide proof of full coverage insurance for the duration of the booking period and is responsible for the $500 comp / $1000 collision deductible in addition to any other fees.

2.2 Sawtooth Rentals LLC is not liable for any damages to the property or any personal belongings of the person booking during the entirety of the booking.

2.3 The person booking is solely responsible for any damages incurred to the property or its contents during their possession.

2.4 The person booking agrees to obtain and maintain, at their own expense, insurance coverage for the Equipment during the entire period. The insurance must cover the Equipment against loss, theft, damage, and any liability arising from its use.

3. Damage Liability

3.1 The person booking agrees to inspect the property upon arrival and report any pre-existing damages to Sawtooth Rentals LLC immediately.

3.2 The person booking is responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during the rental period, including but not limited to accidental damage, negligence, or misuse.

3.3 Sawtooth Rentals LLC or leaser reserve the right to charge the person booking for the repair or replacement costs of any damages caused to the property or its contents.

3.4 In the event of a default by the person booking, including failure to pay, failure to return the Equipment, or failure to provide required insurance coverage, the Owner may terminate this Agreement and take possession of the Equipment without notice. The person booking agrees to pay any costs associated with the recovery of the Equipment.

3.5 The person booking assumes all risk and liability for the use, operation, and maintenance of the Equipment. The person booking agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Owner and Sawtooth Trailer Rentals LLC harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of the person booking use or possession of the Equipment.

3.6 The person booking is fully responsible for any injury, death, property damage, or legal action that may arise from the use of the Equipment.

4. Indemnification

4.1 The person booking agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sawtooth Rentals LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the person booking use of the property.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sawtooth Trailer Rentals LLC.

5.2 The person booking must pay the full booking fee in advance to confirm the booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellation of a bookings must be made in writing to Sawtooth Trailer Rentals LLC via email.

6.2 Cancellations made after payment are subject to processing fees.  Our refund policy is considered a relaxed policy.

If the cancellation is before 14 business days of the start date you will receive a full refund on the item rented.

If the cancellation is before 7-14 days of the start date 50% refund will be given on the item rented. 

If the cancellation is 0-7 days before the start date 0% refund will be given on the item rented.

6.3 Deposits of cancellations are not refundable if the booking is not fulfilled after 48 hrs of booking.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho

8. Amendments

8.1 Sawtooth Rentals LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.

By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
